Payment Options for Twisted Swag Orders
Most orders placed through our website can be paid online during checkout. For custom orders, project-based services, large orders, or jobs that require review before production, our team may provide payment instructions after confirming the order details.
If you are unsure which payment option applies to your order, contact customer support before placing your order.
Paying Online
For standard online orders, customers can complete payment directly through the website checkout. This is usually the fastest option when the product, quantity, artwork, and order details are already clear.
Use online checkout when you are ordering from one of these paths:

- Upload & Go Custom Printed Tees
- Twisted Deals
- Long Sleeve Deals
- Hire Us for a Project services
- Other website products or services with online checkout enabled
Custom Quotes and Project Orders
Some orders may need to be reviewed before payment is completed. This is common for custom apparel projects, specialty artwork, customer-supplied items, rush requests, large quantity orders, signs, banners, embroidery, DTF, or jobs with special setup needs.
If your order needs review, Twisted Swag may confirm the details first and then provide the correct next step for payment.

Important Payment Notes
- Orders may not move into production until payment and required order details are complete.
- Artwork, sizes, quantities, print locations, and deadlines should be submitted as early as possible.
- Rush or same-day orders may require faster confirmation and payment.
- Custom project services may require review before production or design work begins.
- Customer-supplied apparel or specialty items may require approval before printing.
