A: TwistedSwag.com is an online printing t-shirt company located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are available at 1.855.839.6900 Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm MT, or if after hours you can reach out to Customer Support and someone will respond to you promptly.
Q: How do you print your custom t-shirts?
A: We use a method called Silkscreen Printing. It includes a stenciling technique that involves printing ink through stencils stretched across a frame called a screen. Every color on the artwork is applied singly using a different screen. The more complex the colors on the artwork are, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.
Q: How is my price determined?
A: Your final price is a calculation of the following: Blank product price + number of colors & locations to be printed.
Q: Can I just order one?
A: Yes! many of our customers come to us for one off t-shirts. They Start at $25.00 each. you will notice the price goes down the more you order at a time. (The sweet spot is 12 pieces)
Q: How many do I have to order for screen printing?
A: The minimum order is 12 pcs and the more you order, the lower the prices plunge! So if you’ve got a large market, the shirts will be incredibly cheap. For example, 1000 shirts with your own custom design could be as low as $5 each (depending on t-shirt chosen and number of colors in design).
Q: Can I get a sample before I order?
A: We know how important it is to find the right quality t-shirt for your design. Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Contact customer support with the product you are interested in and we will be happy to ship you a sample, typically for a small fee plus shipping costs. We are also available to answer any questions regarding material, sizing, fit etc. and make recommendations based on particular needs. Click here to view our recent printed work.
Most of our customers are at ease knowing that in addition to seeing a proof email of their artwork, our designers review every order in detail. However, we know that in some cases, a printed sample is the best option. A sample printed with your custom design is automatically sent for orders over 250 pieces (or $2,500) as part of the approval process. For orders of less then 250 pieces you are still able to have a printed sample sent for a non-refundable $75.00 fee.
Q: How does your sizing work?
A: TwistedSwag.com works with the top brands of fashion basics to bring you a variety of quality styles. Each product has width and length measurements for each size to assist you in picking the right size for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Customer Support to make recommendations or answer any questions you have about a particular style.
Q: Can I upload my own artwork into the design studio?
A: Of course! TwistedSwag.com was created for those who want their designs to come to life!
Q: What format am I allowed to upload my artwork in?
A: We allow SVG, JPEG or PNG. High resolution is always the best route. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better. 300 dpi works the best!
Q: How can I get help with my design?

Q: I want to print on a sleeve. Is that possible?
A: Yes, of course! You can do this right inside the design tool.
Q: What kind of artwork is acceptable?
A: Here at TwistedSwag.com, we want everyone to have full creative expression! But to ensure that we continue to be enjoyed by everyone, we have a few guidelines that we ask you to respect.
We CANNOT accept the following:
- Any text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity.
- Text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
- Text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse
- Excessive violence
- Content that is libelous or defamatory
- Content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
- Hate speech
- Content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or disability
- Content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law
Any orders that are viewed as unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive at the sole judgment of TwistedSwag.com, will be cancelled and removed from production with or without notice.
Q: Can I select different styles/sizes of garments in the same order?
A: Yes. Once you finish your first design, choose the sizes and quantity you would like and add to cart. Once the first design is in your shopping cart, it is saved and you could start on your next design by choosing a new product. Once all of your designs are in your shopping cart, click Checkout to submit your order with multiple styles/sizes/designs.
Q: How do I save a design for later?
A: It’s pretty simple! If you have a design you like but are not ready to order, just click on the “Save Design” in our design center. You will then be prompted to either sign in, or make an account with us. Once you’re ready to view your saved designs, you can easily click on the “Upload Design” tab and find all of your past uploaded artwork.
Q: How can I be sure my artwork will be centered?
A: One of the great things about our design center, is the functionality! Once you upload your artwork, it will automatically be centered onto the product. If you need to move it up or down a little, there will be blue guidelines helping you keep the adjustments in center. But don’t worry, our design experts will always notify you to make sure your artwork is aligned on your shirts exactly the way you want it.
Q: What happens after I place my order with artwork that is not created with the Design Tool?
A: We make sure every order that is placed outside of the Design tool, gets a full review with our design experts prior to production. We look out for the color contrasts, quality of design, spelling errors and other mistakes including image centering. Click here to view the order process. Once we thoroughly inspect your order, our design team will always email you an updated proof image of your artwork and corrections for your final approval. We NEVER proceed without your permission.
Q: Can you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Currently TwistedSwag.com only ships domestic US orders through our site. For international inquiries, please contact Customer Support for a shipping quote since every country has different rates and customs.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Because we know the urgency of having your shirts delivered in time for any occasion, we made sure to create 3 great shipping options to fulfill your needs!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 10 business days. We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that have a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Q: What is your return policy?
