Q: Where is TwistedSwag.com located and what are your hours of operation?

Q: I tried placing an order but it didn’t go through and it’s showing up on my online banking app as being charged.

A: This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: 
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order. We do offer easy returns.

Q: Can I add or remove items from my order?

Q: What if I need to change my address?

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot change your address on the order.

However; If you’re wanting to change your address on your TwistedSwag.com account, simply log in to your account and update your information in the appropriate area(s).

Q: Why didn't my discount code work?

 Please make sure you entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired. Contact Customer Support and depending on the circumstances we will most likely issue you another one free of charge.


Q: What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Support with a photo and your order number and we’ll happily take care of you.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

If you live close to our printing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, please, by all means, stop by and see us! We would love to meet you.

Q: If I pick up locally, will I still charged for shipping?

A: 
No. Just select “In-Store Pickup” when you're placing your order under the shipping section.
