SwagLaunch Fulfillment Pricing
Use this page to understand how SwagLaunch fulfillment pricing works before your brand is approved. Your monthly membership gives you access to the fulfillment workflow. Production, imprinting, garments, shipping, storage, custom packaging, rush work, returns, and special handling are billed separately.
Important: Fulfillment pricing is not the same as retail custom shirt pricing. These rates are built for approved SwagLaunch fulfillment accounts with repeatable products, approved artwork, clear SKUs, and a consistent order workflow. Final pricing may change based on garment type, print method, artwork, quantity, packaging, shipping method, turnaround, and whether you provide your own apparel.
1. Monthly Fulfillment Membership
Your membership keeps your brand inside the SwagLaunch fulfillment system. It covers account access, workflow support, SKU review, order-routing support, and the ability to use Twisted Swag as your approved production and fulfillment partner. It does not include production or shipping.

Best for new brands, small launches, and simple DTF fulfillment.

2. Fulfillment Handling Fees
Fulfillment handling is charged per fulfilled order. This covers the order processing side of fulfillment, including workflow routing, order review, packing prep, staging, packing coordination, and fulfillment support.

Handling fees do not include production, garments, shipping, storage, custom packaging, returns processing, rush work, special handling, or replacement costs.
3. DTF Imprint Production Pricing
DTF pricing applies when Twisted Swag prints and presses approved DTF artwork onto approved apparel. These are production rates only and do not include the blank garment, fulfillment handling, shipping, storage, or special packaging.

Pricing assumes approved artwork, standard placement, standard apparel, and normal production flow. Artwork cleanup, special placement, difficult fabrics, oversized prints, and rush work may be billed separately.
4. Screen Printing Production Pricing
Screen printing may be available for approved fulfillment products when the design, volume, and order flow make sense. Screen printing is usually best for repeated designs, batch production, and larger-volume runs.

Screen printing minimum is 12 shirts. Pricing does not include blank garments, fulfillment handling, shipping, storage, artwork cleanup, specialty ink, discharge, puff, oversized placements, or rush production.
5. Customer-Supplied Apparel Pricing
If you provide your own apparel, production is billed differently because customer-supplied garments create more risk, more handling, and more review time. Twisted Swag must approve the apparel before production begins.

Example Scenario: You Provide Your Own Apparel
A brand drops off 30 hoodies for a standard front DTF print. The apparel must be received, counted, reviewed, sorted, and printed.
- Receiving and count-in: $12.50
- Garment review and sorting: 30 items x $0.75 = $22.50
- Customer-supplied apparel risk fee: 30 items x $1.50 = $45.00
- DTF standard front print: 30 items x $7.25 = $217.50
- Estimated production and handling before shipping: $297.50
This example does not include shipping, storage, fulfillment handling per customer order, rush work, artwork cleanup, damaged garment replacement, or special packaging.
Customer-supplied apparel is accepted only after review. Twisted Swag is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items if the garment reacts poorly to heat, pressure, printing, embroidery, handling, or storage.
6. Storage, Packaging, and Special Handling
Storage and special handling are optional and must be approved. These charges apply when your brand needs inventory stored, inserts packed, custom packaging used, or special order handling outside the standard workflow.

7. Shipping and Postage
Shipping is billed separately. Shipping costs depend on package weight, package size, carrier, shipping speed, delivery location, packaging method, and whether the order ships to one customer or multiple addresses.

8. What Is Not Included
The monthly membership and fulfillment handling fees do not include every cost required to produce and ship custom apparel orders.
- Blank garments
- DTF transfers, screen printing, embroidery, or decoration production
- Artwork cleanup, redraws, digitizing, or file repair
- Shipping, postage, boxes, mailers, and packaging materials
- Storage, inventory receiving, sorting, returns, or special handling
- Rush production, rush shipping, late changes, or reprints
- Customer-supplied apparel replacement or reimbursement
- Chargebacks, customer refunds, platform fees, taxes, or customer service for your end customers
9. Simple Cost Example
Here is a simple example of how pricing may work for an approved Growth member using Twisted Swag supplied apparel.
Example: One Customer Orders One Printed Shirt
- Growth membership: $99 per month
- Blank garment: billed separately based on selected shirt
- Standard front DTF print: $5.75
- Order handling fee: $2.75
- Standard poly mailer: $0.35
- Postage: actual carrier rate
In this example, the per-order fulfillment charges before garment and postage would be $8.85. The blank garment and shipping postage would be added separately.
